Our Sales Management Development Program is comprised of three components… Assessment, 1:1 Training & 1:1 Coaching, executed over one year.

Assessment

We assess using proven core competencies of sales leaders… then use the information to customize the training and focus the coaching.

1:1 Training

We provide two customized, onsite training days… the first at the start of the program and the second after six months.

1:1 Coaching

In addition to the onsite, 1:1 training, we facilitate bi-weekly coaching sessions via phone.  The coaching helps reinforce the concepts taught and overcome challenges as they arise, as well as proactively guide the sales management development process.
