Our Sales Management Development Program is comprised of three components… Assessment, Training & 1:1 Coaching, executed over one year.


We assess using proven core competencies of sales leaders… then use the information to customize the training and focus the coaching.


We provide two customized, onsite training days… the first at the start of the program and the second after six months.

1:1 Coaching

In addition to the onsite training, we facilitate bi-weekly coaching sessions via phone.  The coaching helps reinforce the concepts taught and overcome challenges as they arise, as well as proactively guide the sales management development process.
